Very distorted voice with a lot of call-centre background noise, a woman with Oriental accent claiming to be from O2. Nearly indecipherable but seems to be offering a replacement SIM with the same number, because -sounds like -an offer of new deal with 30% discount. After I questioned this a few times I finally said 'that would be good' and was transferred to a similarly unclear male voice, who first reiterated the offer, then picked up on my mention of the transfer from Virgin, and told me that my SIM would stop working in two weeks and they were sending me a new SIM. At that point he started asking for my email address, and he got tired of my continued questions and ended the call.
