Embarrassed to say I fell for this person. Sheer coincidence that I logged a complaint with Sky and I thought the call was to follow up. Stupidly gave the person my details and he said he will sort everything out by tomorrow + offered me a very handsome discount. When I put the phone down I did not feel comfortable so I phoned Sky and ask them if they called me earlier. Nothing on my account! I immediately changed my password and Sky reported the incident. Hopefully I managed to change my password in time before any damage has been done. Sky assured me that my account is safe. I suppose only time will tell...
