I got a phone call from this number but wasn’t able to answer it very quickly but did so within the 3 rings rule. When I answered the caller cut off. I redialled 1471 to find out who had rang me I decided to ring them. I then rang back using the 141 to withhold my number to the caller but when you ring you get a not available tone.
