The man who called was well-spoken and articulate, with a southeast regional English accent. He said he was the energy advisor for my area. He said "a report on our property has indicated that the loft has the old style yellow glass fibre installation and is due for an upgrade. Is that correct?" When I replied it wasn't correct, he ended the call abruptly without any warning. Therefore, I assume this is a scam call.
