This number belongs to Scottish Power. They phone to tell you you must make an appointment to have Smart Meter fitted and will not take "no thank you" as an answer. I have now had in excess of 20 calls from this lot despite telling them that I am under no legal obligation to have a smart meter. It is getting to the point where I am going to change my gas and electric supplier.
