They claimed to be O2 checking customer satisfaction and offering a new deal. Realised it was a scam when they asked to confirm a PIN code they sent me. If they had used it they would have reset my passcode to Microsoft account. Rang off immediately but they kept ringing back on slightly varying numbers to the above. Only stopped after I turned my phone off.
