Their opening line was, 'had I had car finance'. When I said no, they reverted to asking about vehicle emissions. As a previous report (on another web site) has been about them asking about energy plans, it is clear that car finance, vehicle emissions claims or energy plans are not the purpose of their call. Hence the rating of dangerous.
