Number called and left a message. The message seemed to be two (or more), confusing voices speaking at the same time along with lots of background noise. My phone said it might be a 'Nuisance' call. Couldn't understand anything that was said and the impression I got was that it was intentionally confusing to manipulate a callback as the message was too short to convey any worthwhile information about why they'd called.
