I answered the phone. A guy named "JOHN" replied, I am from Ford finance, and I have noticed you have required a new car, and I am ringing you, to say that you are eligible for a rebate, I require your bank Details. I told him that my details should be on their (FCA). He answered we do not have your records on our system. I immediately pressed the record button, and he hung up. Please explain why he hung up? LOL!
