I have had repeated calls from this phone number about my 02 phone connection. I have had nothing but vague replies to my questions and unclear instructions. I was told I would receive a new Sim-Card (Which I had Already received last week) and didn't need another. Today I got a delivery with a new Phone which I didn't order , which is to be returned tomorrow to a delivery driver.
