Called, I didn't answer. Left voicemail (though don't think they meant to) was a lot of background noise, potentially call centre noise, then they hung up

They hung up as soon as I picked up. This was shortly after someone else called. In a hard to understand (Asian/Indian?) accent. They 'vanted' to urgently assist before my Sim card automatically shut down sometime during the next 48 hours. I said that 7 weeks ago one of their colleagues had told me the same story - but the phone is evidently still working. So I ended the call.
