This was suspicious as F! It was a recording of someone speaking what i can only assume was mandarin. Worse, it was a pre-recording that lasted all of 7 secs before they hung up.

Unknown number, did not piock up, no message left. Caller blocked.
Answered number and male voice said “who’s this”. I hung up and blocked the number.
