I know this is a scam due to the fact I don’t hold a drivers license & if I really did get a PCN they would already know my vehicle registration number & they send a letter not a text, I have been getting multiple texts from this and other mobile numbers with this message it is harassing and a nuisance and an obvious con.
I have copy & pasted the scam text message I got from this number here;
Parking Charge Notice (PCN): Records show that you have an outstanding parking fine. The payment deadline is December 13, 2025. If it remains unpaid by then, you may be subject to additional fines and interest. Your driving license may be revoked, which could also negatively affect your credit record. After reading this message, please enter your vehicle registration number in the link below to view and pay the parking fine (information lookup is free).
