They state they are Royal Mail, unable to deliver post because no-one was available to sign for it, when clicking on a link provided they ask for a delivery fee of £1.99 to cover the charge, or item will be returned to sender - message is via text.
I will point out I was available to receive the item as with other post I received within the last few weeks. Phishing, scam possibly or postal incompetence.
