I had a call from this number, saying that they represent British Police department in London (or smth like that). The call was in Russian, and I speak this language. They knew my first and last name. I was not able to speak as I was on a work call, offered to call back, the caller responded that he would call me himself, he was quite rude. I later googled what such a call would likely mean a scam, that may search for your personal data or money. My husband had a similar call.
