This number ( and many other random looking numbers as well ) call me and leave a short message in Mandarin.
I have been getting these messages for a couple of years. I still do not know what their purpose is.
When they started I asked a customer service person what they were for and he told me that they are very expensive to call back and charged about £2 per minute. But I do not think that is correct as I have a price cap on my calls and can call them back just like any other number.
