Person called. Spoke French with a non-native accent. Tried to tell me he had a right to enter my house to check on roof insulation, because the roof work was done within 10 years and wanted to revalue it.
No work had been done for 30 years! So obviously a fraud. He was quite threatening when I challenged the fact that he was calling from a UK number. Also worrying, was he knew my name! Told him he was not welcome to come to my house or enter it. Again, he was insistent. Only answered because it was a UK number, as we normally screen out any phishing or dodgy calls.
