Said they were from my bank calling about two transactions of £1000 plus from my account to Amazon. As they didn't know my name, address or account details I told them where to go, hung up and blocked the number. Checked my account just to make sure; as I suspected no payments to Amazon have gone out. Can't something be done about these criminals?
