I asked if this is a government scheme, they replied that it is a company led discount by the galss manufactuerer!!
Wanted to call out same day to test my old double glazing, which cleraly will evolve into pressure selling. I have reported this to our local crime safe PCSO, plenty of older folkes may get tricked into buying!!!
By the way old DG still retains its thermal efficiency even if its condensing inside the unit!!!!
