Definite scam - Windows message 'MS have detected activity that violates MS Agreement and have locked your account" - Dad (95+ years old) gave access, and scammer, whilst 'assisting' and updating Windows (paler blue screen, message in wrong font, no percentage progress), ran tabs behind updating screens for multiple gift card transactions - perhaps money laundering, as no cash yet missing. Very well spoken and convincing - best I have heard - south asian accent etc. etc. Will be reporting to Action Fraud as soon as we have gathered data.
