Scam call purporting to be from National Grid, stating that the Electricity meter at our premises needed to be replaced. Wanted to make contact via WhatsApp (refused).
Confirmed with our Electricity supplier that they have not requested a meter replacement.
Don't know how the scam works, but NOT genuine.
