Asked me what sort of issues that I had reported with my property. Didn't attempt to introduce themselves, so I asked them to tell me my name, and they said "perhaps we got a wrong number" and hung up. If it is a scam, it's hard to work out what it is.

Some details on call:
Number called claiming to be from "Housing Disrepair" and said that I had reported an issue with my property - I had not.
On further questioning on who this is with I was told that this is a service that "works with all Local Authorities nationally" - I have previously worked in this sector and this does not exist. ONLY your Local Authority, Housing Association, or Landlord would be contacting you regarding this and they would tell you which they worked for on greeting.
On my reply to the caller that this does not exist, the phone was immediately hung up without any response - This is a rude action and not how a legitimate Housing Disrepair service would respond to someone they thought needed help.
As the call ended here I did not find out any more details but likely to be a scam. They might be trying to fish around for personal details or vulnerable individuals so please be careful.
